This is my first MMD video.

これが私の最初のビデオです。

I spent the last 5 days learning all I could to make this video, ran into a lot of issues but finally managed to get a result close to my original vision thanks to the amazing MMD creators and the Iwara forums.

It's a first person video, so the camera is a bit jerky and the lewd parts aren't straight up in your face.

It's meant to be a little subtle so keep an eye out for the details. You might need to watch it multiple times to see it all.

I watched [this video](https://ecchi.iwara.tv/videos/wg3qmc2bouyablzl) by j079 yesterday, downloaded the motion and immediately wanted to do something with it since it looked like it would fit the cabaret style stuff that I love. Hello, it's been some time.

This is more of a test, I have no plan to release VR videos but I wanted to give it a try and I have to say: It's REALLY annoying having to render the same video 10 times and you don't really have a good idea of the final view angle/distance until it's all rendered and edited, which is like a good half a day worth of work (Thank god this one video is somewhat quick to render) .

I'm not really satisfied with the POV position but I decided to release it anyway, so please enjoy my wife in VR.

I made a couple edits to the original video and I'll upload an updated version on MEGA soon.

The best part of summer is almost over and I've been working on this for the best part of the last 3 weeks trying my best to avoid missing the deadline. I wanted to release it alongside the new version of the site which was supposed to be out soon but it's taking a bit longer than expected and I've made so many changes since I first teased the video, but now I'm done for good.

It's a much shorter video that doesn't involve stripping this time, Reimu's simply been coerced once again into some exhibitionism.

It was inspired by [Kiidosan's video](https://ecchi.iwara.tv/videos/yy9byhv4ys52y9we) which gave me the motivation to start this project. He also gave me a lot of great feedback and had to listen to my complaining about the shitty performances of the MMD software as well as the many times when I said I was giving up. Go watch his stuff because this guy is full of ideas and actually gets things done in a record time.

The original was supposed to feature a fully naked Reimu but I've wasted so much time trying to make this "alternative version" look good that I decided to make it the main thing instead. I'll upload the nude version too.

Short video I made re-using the setting from previous work. This one I made without raycast, I wanted to keep the outlines and the more flat style, and I really didn't want to work with raycast again anyway after the last video. I was also motivated to make this thanks to the [MagiArmIK](https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm41130277) tool made by MagiTeitoku which makes it so much easier to animate girls covering themselves.

I might continue making videos with short motions in the future, I like the format better as it lets me focus more on what's essential instead of having long stretches of nothing happening, plus I often find myself lacking the attention span to watch 4 minutes long videos unless they're really interesting.

Hello, it's been a while.
Every now and then I get the urge to start working on something, and in a moment of post-nut clarity I realize that it's way too much work and I just put it aside.

That's basically been my MMD experience since the last video/pictures, but I finally managed to keep my left hand on the keyboard for about a week and this is the result.

The last couple of times I chose to build a pretty scenery and put little effort into the motions but this time I worked almost exclusively on the motion and re-used the background from a previous work.

Also, this is Sanae's first solo video, so be nice to her.

A little something to end the year.

This time I wanted to turn those classroom pics I made a while ago into a proper video so I focused the work mainly on those part while the dance motion went mostly untouched. It took a surprisingly amount of time to figure out the timing and the exact way to go about going from dance to poses and then back to dancing.

My main inspiration to get started was a certain video made by Akomni with the same song.

As per usual I kind of lazily re-used scenes and settings I've used in the past. There was more that I had planned for this video but I was getting really tired of working on it.

I wasn't super satisfied with the previous video, I found it kind of basic and lacking, and I know some of you felt the same, so I've been putting some extra work (a LOT of work) into making it look closer to what I had imagined the project to be like initially, but couldn't find the motivation to see through the end at the time.

I actually started working on this in the second half of March and the video was basically finished in early April but I kept adding and adding to it every single day, polishing every single frame as best as I could so that I wouldn't get triggered by some clipping or physics not behaving properly.

Oh yeah, I also added sex scenes. That was a first for me and that really took a long time to animate even though I started from already existing motions. They're short and I think they're tasteful? I tried my best to give them some handcrafted feel so that they don't look too much like something you've seen before.

I know this might be disappointing to some to see a remake of a previous video after so much time but I haven't found the creative drive to start a new project from scratch. Regardless, this was by far my biggest project after the hot spring one and I have no regrets - it had to be done and now I can finally get all these unrealized ideas for it out of my head. I hope I'm never touching this project again.
