This one's a little shorter, was a busy July for me and not a lot of time to sit down and make stuff. Practicing with some facial expressions for the new model and rendered out a short animated expressions test. There's some minor errors in the video with the eyelashes but those should be fixed with the latest version of this model going forward. The video is in the attachments belowWanted to make sure I can do some goofy/extreme face poses with this model so that's what she's able to do now. She can make many more, but I feel like 25+ expressions gets the point across already. Soon, I'd like to try my hand at lip syncing with VA audio and see how that works
Additional Yapping/Small Rant
I hope y'all don't mind these short animations/(frequent) tests as I learn how to actually animate stuff with Blender. It's a big step up compared to the previous Minecraft stuff, like WOW. I did a lot of camera perspective shots/tricks with Mine-Imator, so I'll have to figure out ways to do that with Blender as well. I just want to get better and make fun little videos/cinematics with these characters and bring them to life.Making a full-fledged animation/short takes a lot more time now with the complexity of these tools and assets, but I am determined to make quality content as I learn ????‍‍. I don't really want to be just another goon-bait Blender animator pumping out porn with these models. I want to make something worth-while and make stuff viewers can enjoy and not just jerk it to. Kinda like JOA5, the mix of the humor, the little bits, and world-building were some of my favorite parts when making it. That's what I'm hoping I can achieve in the future with this stuff, just on a much smaller scale. ????‍‍
